In 2007 to 2008, John Liang Homes built a handful of homes known as Roubion. These luxury homes for sale in Roubion range from 4500 sq ft to over 6000 sq ft, with 3 and 4 car garages on 1/2 to 1 acre lot, many with views. The builder subsequently went out of business, and Summerhill Homes has taken over this section.
